This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a substantial territory of client accounts as the main post-sale liaison.
• Engage with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and video conferencing.
• Finalize sales, offer continuous support, and enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.
• Address inquiries and provide expert advice on products and services.
• Implement sales strategies and produce performance reports.
• Recognize opportunities to boost sales volume while upholding service excellence.
• Guide less experienced sales representatives and assist in the development of regional sales strategies.
• Manage clients across various markets and establish new relationships through effective pipeline management.
• Create and present customer proposals that highlight VWR’s value proposition.
• Employ a consultative selling approach by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Formulate strategic business plans for the territory in collaboration with sales management.
• Foster and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee VWR’s product portfolio while executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and expand VWR’s presence with existing clients.
• Execute company marketing plans, strategies, and sales processes.
• Build relationships with manufacturers and enhance product knowledge, pricing, and account profitability.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of preferred sales experience.
• Preferred experience in business-to-business sales.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to engage in business discussions with business owners and decision-makers.
• Proficient in managing challenging situations and interactions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic selling approach within accounts.
• Ability to comprehend individual customer operations.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Must live in close proximity to New Brunswick.
