Bilingual Sales Coordinator, English-Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement daily coaching initiatives and follow-up sessions to inspire the team to surpass commercial objectives.

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the monthly conversion rate by a minimum of 5 percentage points.

• Ensure that 90% of prospects moving forward to consultation are adequately qualified, collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

• Proactively assess and address any missed calls from potential clients to guarantee that no inquiries go unanswered.

• Create and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly “Sales Boulders” to support strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a BPO or Sales Call Center environment.

• Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in both spoken and written communication (B2 level).

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and motivating sales teams, ideally in remote settings.

• Proven success in implementing strategies to boost lead-to-sales conversion rates.

• Experience in establishing quarterly goals (Sales Boulders) and managing schedules with high availability.

• Background in delivering daily training programs utilizing high-performance methodologies, such as Cardone.

• Experience overseeing the client acquisition process and lead classification (Lead Scoring).
