Bilingual Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against the requirements of the position.

• Provide strong candidate slates and develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to determine offer specifics using market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French Canadian is essential.

• Over 3 years of recruitment experience in Manufacturing roles.

• High school diploma is required.

• Recruitment experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of basic Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite in Mont-Royal, Quebec, Canada.
