Bilingual Processing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Review and process documents in both French and English to comply with industry regulatory requirements

• Manage retail mutual fund client accounts

• Accurately and promptly execute financial and non-financial transactions

• Reach out to internal and external clients to gather any missing information

• Timely resolution of not-in-good-order (NIGO) transactions

• Assist investment professionals in serving Canadian investors, focusing on their retirement and financial objectives

• Participate in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST

• A college diploma or equivalent experience is required

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, is mandatory

• Advanced communication skills in both official languages
