This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.
• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Provide telephone support during standard business hours, including evening and weekend shifts.
• Address inquiries from new patients and potential referrals.
• Arrange appointments for new patients and accurately record them.
• Follow up on missed calls, inquiries, and potential patients.
• Gather patient demographic information and referral details.
• Prioritize and coordinate new Personal Injury referrals.
• Communicate professionally with patients in both English and Spanish.
• Deliver warm, confident, and professional customer service.
• Assess patient needs and direct inquiries toward scheduled appointments.
• Maintain contact with prospective patients until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Assist with insurance verification and coordination for Personal Injury patients.
• Support Workers' Compensation cases, including navigation and follow-up on MedPay.
• Interact with insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys, and law firms.
• Collect and manage information pertaining to attorneys and insurance providers.
• Process requests for medical records.
• Follow up on unresolved insurance or Personal Injury-related matters.
• Assist with attorney lien-based treatment processes.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure patient privacy.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential patients and leads.
• Follow up with interested individuals who have not yet scheduled.
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments.
• Support outreach and business development initiatives.
• Keep organized records of leads and follow-up activities.
• Reconnect with prospective patients who have not made an appointment.
• Identify opportunities for referrals and business development.
• Continue follow-up until each lead reaches a definitive outcome.
• Assist in boosting appointment volume through proactive communication and lead conversion.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a U.S.-based medical practice.
• Extensive experience with inbound and outbound phone communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient Spanish communication abilities.
• Familiar with scheduling medical appointments.
• Outstanding patient and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent task ownership and follow-through abilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality principles.
• Professional and confident demeanor on the phone.
• Experience in Personal Injury medical settings is highly preferred.
• Preferred experience with insurance verification processes.
• MedPay knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation is highly desirable.
• Previous communication with attorneys or law offices is preferred.
• Chiropractic experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with handling medical records is preferred.
• Experience in business development or lead conversion is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with DOT examinations is a plus.
• Experience with ChiroTouch Cloud is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with RingCentral is preferred.
• Experience with ChiroTouch Cloud EMR and RingCentral phone system is beneficial.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Opportunity for remote work.
• Schedule includes three weekdays from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST.
• Weekend coverage is required.
• Total of 5 workdays per week.
