Bilingual Pharmacovigilance Associate – d’associé ou d’associée en pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the collection, processing, and reporting of adverse events alongside reconciliation reports.

• Identify, prioritize, and report adverse events in accordance with program or manufacturer specifications.

• Uphold stringent compliance standards pertaining to reporting timelines and the quality of reports.

• Address inquiries from stakeholders effectively.

• Execute Pharmacovigilance compliance tasks.

• Support investigations regarding delayed adverse-event reports.

• Work on a rotating schedule that includes shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.

• Occasionally work during weekends.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSc and/or BA) in a field related to Health Science.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Adverse Event Reporting, Safety Case Processing, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Assurance.

• Solid understanding of safety regulations.

• Experience in medical and/or pharmaceutical environments, with familiarity in medical terminology and/or scientific writing being advantageous.

• Outstanding organizational abilities along with a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with CAPA investigations is preferred.

• Familiarity with Change Control Management is a plus.

• Skilled in conducting Program Compliance.

• Above-average verbal and written communication proficiency.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively under tight deadlines.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

• Comfortable with technology and computers, particularly Microsoft Office.
