Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to eligible health-plan members through an automated dialing system.

• Adhere to established scripts and enrollment protocols with precision.

• Interact with members in a professional, friendly, and conversational manner.

• Clearly articulate program benefits and enrollment options.

• Address common inquiries and objections while maintaining a focus on enrollment.

• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems during conversations with members.

• Refer to general health or prescription-related information previously entered in the system without independently gathering sensitive health details.

• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activities.

• Achieve set quality, productivity, and enrollment targets.

• Safeguard member information and comply with all required privacy and compliance protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, call center operations, customer service, sales, or enrollment is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable adhering to a structured script while fostering a natural conversation.

• Capable of confidently addressing questions, hesitations, and objections.

• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication approach.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and various computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Consistent attendance and a firm commitment to meeting performance standards.

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.

• Must reside in one of the designated states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Paid training, typically lasting one week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (EST).

• Full-time position with eligible benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
