Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified health-plan members utilizing an automated dialing system.

• Adhere to prescribed scripts and enrollment procedures with precision.

• Engage with members in a professional, friendly, and conversational manner.

• Clearly articulate program benefits and enrollment opportunities.

• Address common inquiries and objections while keeping the focus on enrollment.

• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems during conversations with members.

• Refer to general health or prescription-related information already available in the system without collecting sensitive health data independently.

• Accurately document call results and enrollment activities.

• Achieve established quality, productivity, and enrollment targets.

• Safeguard member information while adhering to required privacy and compliance protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, call center operations, customer service, sales, or enrollment is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable adhering to a structured script while maintaining a natural dialogue.

• Capable of confidently addressing questions, hesitations, and objections.

• Possess a professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.

• Proficient in working with CRM systems and various computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote work setting.

• Consistent attendance and a solid commitment to meeting performance standards.

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible U.S. states.
