Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to eligible health-plan members utilizing an automated dialing system.

• Adhere to established scripts and enrollment procedures with precision.

• Engage members through professional, friendly, and conversational interactions.

• Clearly articulate program benefits and enrollment opportunities.

• Address common inquiries and objections while maintaining focus on enrollment.

• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems during member interactions.

• Reference general health or prescription-related information already available in the system without independently gathering sensitive health information.

• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activities.

• Achieve defined quality, productivity, and enrollment targets.

• Safeguard member information by adhering to required privacy and compliance protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable adhering to a structured script while fostering a natural conversation.

• Capable of effectively managing questions, hesitations, and objections.

• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.

• Proficient in working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Consistent attendance and a strong commitment to meeting performance standards.

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.

• Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
