Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to eligible health-plan members utilizing an automated dialing system.

• Adhere to established scripts and enrollment procedures with precision.

• Engage with members in a professional, friendly, and conversational manner.

• Clearly communicate program benefits and enrollment opportunities.

• Address common inquiries and concerns while maintaining a focus on enrollment.

• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems during interactions with members.

• Reference general health or prescription-related information already available in the system without independently gathering sensitive health information.

• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activities.

• Achieve established quality, productivity, and enrollment objectives.

• Safeguard member information and adhere to required privacy and compliance protocols.

• Contribute to a dynamic healthcare enrollment program assisting eligible health-plan members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable adhering to a structured script while fostering a natural conversation.

• Capable of confidently addressing questions, hesitations, and objections.

• Professional, patient, and empathetic approach in communication.

• Proficient in working with CRM systems and various computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Consistent attendance and a strong dedication to meeting performance standards.

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.

• Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
