Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified health-plan members utilizing an automated dialing system.

• Adhere to established scripts and enrollment procedures with precision.

• Engage with members in a professional, friendly, and conversational manner.

• Clearly explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities.

• Address frequently asked questions and objections, keeping the focus on enrollment.

• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems while conversing with members.

• Reference general health or prescription-related information already available in the system without independently gathering sensitive health information.

• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activities.

• Achieve established quality, productivity, and enrollment targets.

• Safeguard member information while adhering to all required privacy and compliance protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred previous experience in outbound calling, call centers, customer service, sales, or enrollment.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable adhering to a structured script while facilitating a natural conversation.

• Capability to confidently address questions, hesitations, and objections.

• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and various computer applications.

• High attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable attendance with a strong commitment to achieving performance expectations.

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible states.
