Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified health-plan members utilizing an automated dialing system.

• Adhere to established scripts and enrollment procedures with precision.

• Engage members in a professional, friendly, and conversational manner.

• Clearly articulate program benefits and enrollment opportunities.

• Address common inquiries and objections while keeping the discussion focused on enrollment.

• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems while conversing with members.

• Reference general health or prescription-related information already available in the system without independently collecting sensitive health data.

• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activities.

• Achieve established quality, productivity, and enrollment targets.

• Safeguard member information and adhere to all required privacy and compliance protocols.

• Contribute to a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program that serves eligible health-plan members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound calling, call centers, customer service, sales, or enrollment is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable following a structured script while engaging in a natural conversation.

• Capable of confidently addressing questions, hesitations, and objections.

• Possess a professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.

• Proficient in working with CRM systems and various computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and skills in accurate documentation.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Dependable attendance and a strong dedication to meeting performance expectations.

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.

• Must reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
