Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified health-plan members utilizing an automated dialing system.

• Adhere to established scripts and enrollment procedures with precision.

• Engage members in a professional, friendly, and conversational manner.

• Clearly articulate program benefits and enrollment options.

• Address common inquiries and objections while keeping the discussion centered on enrollment.

• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems while interacting with members.

• Reference general health or prescription-related information provided in the system without independently gathering sensitive health information.

• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activities.

• Meet established quality, productivity, and enrollment targets.

• Safeguard member information and comply with all privacy and compliance protocols.

• Contribute to a dynamic healthcare enrollment program serving eligible health-plan members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, call centers, customer service, sales, or enrollment is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable following a structured script while ensuring a natural flow in conversation.

• Capable of confidently managing questions, hesitations, and objections.

• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and multiple computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable attendance and a strong dedication to achieving performance goals.

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.

• Must reside in AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.
