Bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming patient inquiries, CRM leads, and new patient calls, ensuring prompt responses to every new lead.

• Conduct high-volume outbound follow-ups via phone, text, and email.

• Address objections and convert inquiries into scheduled consultations for new patients.

• Schedule new patient consultations within the practice management system.

• Confirm appointments three days prior and one day before visits.

• Establish relationships with prospective patients.

• Discuss orthodontic treatment options, including braces and clear aligners/Invisalign, in both English and Spanish.

• Provide information regarding orthodontic insurance benefits, co-pays, lifetime maximums, third-party financing, and payment plans.

• Keep accurate CRM records, lead stages, and communication histories.

• Track and report monthly lead-to-consultation conversion metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a U.S. orthodontic practice as a Treatment Coordinator, New Patient Coordinator, or in a comparable patient-facing role.

• Only candidates with orthodontic experience will be considered; general dental experience is insufficient.

• Strong understanding of orthodontic treatment options, insurance verification, third-party patient financing, and payment structures.

• Demonstrated success in converting leads into scheduled consultations.

• Comfort in discussing previous sales performance.

• Practical experience using CRM software for managing leads and pipelines.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Full-time contractor role, requiring 40 hours per week.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM PST.
