Licensed Practical Nurse, Spanish Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct patient care in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act of the state.

• Execute and adhere to personalized care plans established by the Registered Nurse (RN).

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding self-care techniques and information related to their diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Home Health Aides (HHA), and other disciplines, while communicating patient needs to the RN or Clinical Supervisor.

• Utilize supplies and equipment safely, following aseptic techniques.

• Carry out additional duties as necessary to support patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.

• Current LPN or LVN license in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with a preference for home health or medical/surgical backgrounds.

• Up-to-date CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and capacity to travel to patient residences.

• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
