Bilingual Nurse Navigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage technology to establish trust and direct patients to appropriate care at the right moment.

• Deliver outstanding virtual care and customer support via live messaging, video calls, phone conversations, and/or email.

• Record patient interactions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

• Adhere to and implement clinically validated triage protocols.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery to both patients and healthcare providers.

• Execute essential nursing duties, outpatient testing, medication management, and related responsibilities.

• Resolve technological issues experienced by patients.

• Guarantee a smooth patient experience through the call center.

• Organize lab orders, prescription requests, radiology tests, and other components of patient care.

• Engage in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and elevating the telemedicine experience.

• Aid in identifying technological requirements that enhance patient interactions.

• Complete additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or bedside hospital environment.

• Possession of an active, unencumbered RN license from the state of residence, including compact/multistate privileges.

• A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.

• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are essential.

• Preferred hands-on RN experience in ER/ED, ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry, Med-Surg, Oncology, and/or Float.

• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Strong multitasking, typing, and interpersonal abilities.

• Enthusiasm for adapting to new technologies.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication.

• Capability to assess and interact with patients through a text-based platform.

• Flexibility and quick learning ability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

• Comfortable engaging with patients through live messaging, video, phone, and/or email.
