This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls; redirect and transfer calls; deliver outstanding customer service over the phone.
• Efficiently handle front office patient coordination, including scheduling appointments and arranging transport.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients, clients, team members, peers, and leadership.
• Accurately enter data into Carenet and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, customers, and third-party vendors; provide information about clinic directions and operational hours.
• Contact health plans to verify patient insurance details.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare along with familiarity in scheduling appointments and working with EMR and EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Records) systems (such as medical assistant or medical front office roles).
• Proficient in computer skills (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding), including experience in Electronic Medical Records or Electronic Health Records.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional demonstration of empathy, care, and compassion.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to provide two monitors, with at least one being 22 inches.
