Bilingual Loan Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads comprising motivated customers who communicate in English and Spanish, seeking to reduce their auto loan costs.

• Provide clear explanations of auto loan refinancing options.

• Facilitate connections between customers and lending partners.

• Present additional protection products such as GAP insurance and warranty coverage.

• Gather necessary documentation for loan funding.

• Articulate the financial advantages of refinancing in a clear manner.

• Assist customers throughout the process and finalize deals in their preferred language.

• Adhere to a structured approach, utilizing a call script and checklist.

• Engage in a comprehensive 60-day hands-on training program.

• Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM CT; evening and weekend work may be necessary as duties require.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales-oriented and/or metrics-driven environment.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capability to remain on the phone for over 5 hours each day.

• Ability to adhere to processes and implement a call script and checklist effectively.

• Previous experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing metrics while working remotely is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and be receptive to coaching.

• Basic computer skills with competence in managing a dual-monitor setup across multiple systems.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
