
Bilingual Lab and Referral Operations Coordinator – French/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of a large volume of incoming lab and referral documentation, including faxes, voicemails, and digital records.
• Process and manage documentation in accordance with privacy and security standards.
• Upload, route, and monitor lab results and referral information for clinician review and follow-up.
• Address urgent lab communications and promptly escalate critical results.
• Investigate any missing, incomplete, or unclear documentation and coordinate with labs, clinics, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain precise patient records and ensure alignment of patient information with lab or referral data.
• Assist with public health reporting and compliance-related documentation.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Care Delivery teams regarding lab- and referral-related inquiries.
• Meet expectations for accuracy, quality, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Develop expertise in lab and referral workflows, tools, and privacy requirements, managing administrative tasks independently.
• A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Background as a Medical Office Assistant or Medical Receptionist, or experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and adherence to processes.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfort with learning and navigating various systems and tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace, PDF management tools, and Slack is an advantage.
