This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Effectively manage increasingly intricate client service inquiries at the first point of interaction.

• Utilize various administrative systems within established service benchmarks.

• Uphold designated service levels along with quality and productivity metrics.

• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and processing knowledge.

• Provide assistance to Call Centre, Distributor Services, and Technical Support sectors.

• Execute both financial and non-financial transactions, including trade acceptance, placement, and settlement.

• Create outbound communications via phone, fax, and mail to advisors and dealers.

• Strong customer service orientation and skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships between customers and the company, representing Manulife’s best interests.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a multitasking environment.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to consistently work overtime as dictated by business requirements.

• Fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate in both languages to support clients from various jurisdictions outside Quebec.

• Background in investments, with a particular emphasis on Segregated Funds considered a significant advantage.

• Proficient customer service skills.

• Competence in PC/Microsoft applications; familiarity with iFast and AWD is beneficial.

• Capability to maintain processing expertise and stay updated with systems and products.

• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently in a timely manner.
