📋 Description

• Lead the Intake team, ensuring that every Qlead is accurately collected and recorded in CampLegal within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Monitor adherence to deadlines and quality standards, evaluating the team's output and promptly addressing any discrepancies.

• Create and assess actionable pre-consultation notes that provide the consultant with essential information to successfully close the sale: immigration status, documentation, qualifying factors, hardships, and pertinent history.

• Recognize and suggest enhancements to processes, training your team to elevate the overall quality of work.

• Work closely with the Client Intake team, offering direction and support to ensure uniformity throughout the entire journey from Qlead to active client.

• Previous experience in leading or coordinating a team, managing daily operations, deadline adherence, and ensuring the quality of information collected.

• Demonstrated success in accurately and completely gathering client information prior to each consultation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment to review the team's work, identifying errors or omissions, and recognizing opportunities for process enhancement.

• Strong communication skills to provide feedback and direction to your team and to ensure clear, actionable pre-consultation notes.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, handling multiple cases and individuals simultaneously while maintaining a professional and resilient demeanor.

• Availability: Flexible schedule — open to working various shifts as required.
