This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Identify and engage small to medium-sized business fleet customers through outbound communications such as calls, emails, and digital platforms in both English and Spanish.
• Handle incoming leads, assess opportunities, and transform prospects into customers.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, which includes discovery, product demonstrations, developing proposals, and closing deals.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Foster relationships with potential customers while understanding their operational requirements.
• Clearly communicate the advantages of PrePass software solutions, highlighting safety, compliance, and efficiency benefits.
• Address customer objections and assist prospects throughout their decision-making journey.
• Keep precise and current records of sales activities within CRM systems.
• Monitor pipeline, project performance, and report on sales advancements.
• Ensure prompt follow-ups and maintain disciplined management of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to enhance messaging and boost conversion rates.
• Engage in training and continuous professional development.
• Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented sales environment.
• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, ideally within transportation or fleet software solutions.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Capability to conduct sales discussions, product demonstrations, and written follow-ups in both English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Quick to learn and communicate technical product details.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and ambition.
