This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accurately review or process incoming transactions in a timely fashion
• Provide assistance to both internal and external clients through email, phone, or mail
• Investigate and analyze inquiries, identify solutions, and execute necessary transactions
• Collaborate with teams across different offices to adapt to fluctuating volumes and uphold service standards
• Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency
• Work effectively with other departments within Contract Services
• Achieve or surpass productivity, quality, and service benchmarks
• Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize daily tasks based on urgency
• Execute a diverse range of responsibilities within the administrative unit
• Interact with clients, plan sponsors, agents, and brokers through written communication and phone calls
• Take initiative in managing and owning requests proactively
• College diploma or equivalent experience is necessary
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory
• Capability to communicate in both English and French to assist clients from various jurisdictions outside Quebec
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
