This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +6 more countries.
• Provide a professional and positive experience during the client intake process.
• Assist the legal team with administrative tasks related to client intake as necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation of all client interactions.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate calendar records.
• Communicate with potential clients about services, consultations, and subsequent steps.
• Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Adhere to all firm intake protocols and lead management procedures.
• Collect, organize, and review client information for intake purposes.
• Schedule consultations and appointments for potential clients.
• Aid in the preparation of immigration applications and associated documentation.
• Conduct follow-up activities with leads to enhance consultation attendance and conversion rates.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
• Professionally and efficiently respond to and qualify incoming leads.
• Make approximately 60 or more outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience in immigration law is required.
• Prior experience in a legal environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in roles such as Intake Specialist, Legal Intake Specialist, Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or other client-facing positions is preferred.
• Significant experience in assisting with immigration applications and legal documentation is highly desired.
• Comfortable with a high volume of daily calls, focusing primarily on outbound communication.
• Strong ability to adhere to established CRM processes and lead management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Time Zone: CST.
• Proficiency with software and tools such as CRM systems, VoIP platforms, email applications, and calendar management tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in client intake and lead management.
