📋 Description

• Coordinate the Intake team, ensuring that every Qlead is thoroughly collected and recorded in CampLegal within 24 hours.

• Monitor adherence to deadlines and quality standards, reviewing the team's output and addressing any discrepancies promptly.

• Prepare and evaluate actionable pre-consultation notes detailing immigration status, necessary documentation, qualifying factors, hardships, and pertinent history.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to current processes.

• Train team members to elevate the overall quality of work.

• Collaborate closely with the Client Intake team, offering direction and guidance to guarantee consistency from Qlead to active client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in leading or coordinating a team, managing daily operations, ensuring deadline adherence, and maintaining the quality of collected information.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering client information completely and accurately prior to each consultation.

• Strong attention to detail and good judgment to assess the team's work, identify errors or omissions, and highlight opportunities for process enhancement.

• Excellent communication abilities to provide feedback and guidance to the team while ensuring clear, actionable pre-consultation notes.

• Capability to work under pressure, juggling multiple cases and individuals simultaneously while upholding a professional and resilient demeanor.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work various shifts as necessary.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
