Bilingual Guest Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries, requests, and issues via phone, email, social media, and chat.

• Quickly assess guests’ needs and offer resolutions during the initial contact.

• Maintain composure in challenging situations and recognize when escalation is necessary.

• Report directly to the Guest Services Manager.

• Document feedback, requests, and issues in the case management system.

• Promote information exchange with company leadership and aid in the ongoing enhancement of the guest experience.

• Provide accurate and professional responses to guest inquiries.

• Achieve targeted response times.

• Garner and uphold positive guest feedback regarding service quality and responsiveness.

• Escalate matters that require managerial involvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in both French and English, in spoken and written forms.

• High school diploma required.

• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Access to a personal computer.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection.

• Positive, understanding, respectful, and compassionate demeanor.

• Ability to respond calmly and helpfully in challenging situations.

• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

• Experience in a call center or remote call center environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with movie theaters or knowledge of their operations is a plus.

• Experience with and/or understanding of customer loyalty programs is beneficial.

• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
