
Bilingual Functional Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, oversee, and execute innovative, goal-driven rehabilitation strategies focused on returning plan members to work.
• Foster positive relationships through regular communication and collaboration with plan sponsors, members, treatment providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Propel cases towards successful return to work or readiness for job resolution.
• Supervise vendors and manage budgets to guarantee that effective and efficient treatments are accessible to plan members.
• Conduct daily administrative responsibilities, including prompt responses to emails and phone inquiries.
• Engage with plan members, demonstrating resilience, emotional intelligence, and compassion, especially when conveying challenging messages.
• Must be fully bilingual in French and English to assist clients from various regions outside Quebec.
• Hold a post-secondary diploma, CEGEP (DEC or DEP), or a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Preference for educational background in Health Sciences and direct experience in rehabilitation environments.
• Strong understanding of Rehabilitation Industry Standards.
• Familiarity with disability insurance and medical terminology.
• Awareness of best practices in disability and rehabilitation management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and precision.
• Capability to make significant decisions efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in managing incoming and outgoing calls.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Valid driver's license, as travel to various locations may be necessary.
