Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Calculate and code offsets along with adjusted Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits within Navigator.

• Clearly communicate overpayment amounts to plan members through both verbal and written explanations.

• Follow up with plan members to facilitate the reimbursement of overpayments.

• Negotiate acceptable repayment arrangements when necessary.

• Process claim recoveries utilizing Navigator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in calculating disability benefits.

• Strong mathematical aptitude.

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply relevant provisions.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

• Capability to assist clients from various provinces outside of Quebec in both English and French.

• Experience with Navigator is considered an asset.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Ability to deliver difficult messages with empathy.
