Bilingual Deployment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer site evaluations and workflow assessments.

• Lead the design and implementation stages of BD medication management solutions.

• Offer support to the team and provide expertise in product, clinical, and technical domains.

• Manage stakeholder teams from customers, fostering consensus and ensuring effective, transparent communications.

• Organize conference calls and meetings involving project managers as well as BD and customer teams.

• Develop trusted relationships with clients.

• Address issues, troubleshoot problems, and advise on systems and best practices.

• Install, validate, and train end users on BD technologies, encompassing both software and hardware.

• Keep documentation up-to-date regarding customer projects, expenditures, compliance, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline (business administration, science, health sciences, or a related area).

• At least 5 years of applicable experience in a medical device or healthcare setting, including both clinical and technical duties.

• Practical experience with Pyxis MedStation ES automated medication dispensing systems.

• Licensed pharmacist (RPh), Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in Canada, or an equivalent credential.

• Proficiency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Strong communication, consulting, and learning capabilities.

• Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and execute complex projects effectively.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, along with adaptability and flexibility.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote) and CRM applications.

• Ability to physically lift a minimum of 40 lbs. when necessary.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major infractions for at least 3 years.

• Availability to travel to the United States for training within the first six months of employment and periodically thereafter.
