Bilingual Dealer Experience Advisor, Spanish – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Input orders received via phone, email, and portals into the computer system

• Prepare and dispatch email order confirmations to dealers

• Respond to dealer inquiries about invoices, products, pricing, availability, and shipping

• Provide dealers with the most accurate ETA date utilizing available tools

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, accounting, shipping, production, and inventory teams on dealer-related issues

• Manage shipping coordination between internal departments and dealers

• Expedite shipments and issue freight credits when necessary

• Generate return authorizations and coordinate logistics details and credits

• Maintain and update dealer account information across all systems

• Handle inbound and make outbound phone calls to dealers regarding hearth and grills

• Complete assigned projects and undertake training as required

• Acquire product knowledge to provide dealers with accurate parts for orders

• Enter memos to rectify order entry mistakes

• Foster relationships with the internal sales team to ensure aligned messaging to dealers

• Assist dealers with technical inquiries related to Mynapoleon.com, Ship Early, and the Co-op portal

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)

• Experience with ERP (Dynamics 365) and CRM systems is a plus

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Capability to utilize multiple systems and screens concurrently while answering dealer inquiries over the phone
