Bilingual CSR – Haitian Creole Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Assist customers through the initial claims process with empathy and clear guidance.

• Accurately enter and maintain confidential customer information.

• Address routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues as necessary.

• Achieve expectations for quality, accuracy, and productivity.

• Provide support to Creole-speaking customers as needed within a predominantly English-speaking environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Creole is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or collections is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Strong and confident communication skills over the phone.

• Capability to manage various systems and tasks simultaneously.

• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

• Dependable attendance and reliability.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.

• Comfortable with professional phone interactions in both languages throughout the day.

• Availability for scheduling Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus rotating Saturdays.
