Bilingual CSR – Haitian Creole

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Professionally and efficiently manage incoming customer calls

• Provide customers with clear and empathetic guidance throughout the initial claims process

• Accurately enter and maintain confidential customer data

• Address routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues as necessary

• Achieve targets for quality, accuracy, and productivity

• Communicate primarily in English while also assisting Creole-speaking customers as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Creole is mandatory

• Over 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or collections is preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management

• Strong and confident communication skills over the phone

• Capability to handle multiple systems and tasks at the same time

• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute

• Dependable attendance and reliability are essential

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Experience in the insurance field is advantageous

• Comfortable engaging in professional phone conversations in both English and Creole throughout the day

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays
