
Bilingual Contractor Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
β’ Provide expert-level training on products and services to professional painting contractors.
β’ Facilitate contractor training programs with a focus on product application.
β’ Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from attendees to enhance content and delivery.
β’ Work in partnership with sales teams to create tailored training programs for key customers.
β’ Collaborate with Training Implementation Specialists to synchronize business plans and training strategies.
β’ Create product application training plans alongside field sales representatives and sales management.
β’ Engage with marketing and R&D teams to align strategies and support marketing initiatives.
β’ Utilize systems and technology to enhance metrics reporting and internal communications.
β’ Conduct annual evaluations and quarterly reviews for representatives and customers.
β’ Team up with sales leadership and field training teams to establish program goals, timelines, and execution plans.
β’ Revise existing product training programs in collaboration with market TIS and content development teams.
β’ Secure training spaces for product application and oversee the setup and takedown of materials.
β’ Ensure safety requirements are met for participants and facilities.
β’ Carry out other responsibilities as needed.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
β’ A BA/BS degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.
β’ Proven experience in facilitating and delivering training programs.
β’ NACE and MPI certifications are preferred.
β’ Extensive knowledge of the paint industry.
β’ Involvement in industry organizations such as MPI, PCA, or similar groups.
β’ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
β’ Willingness to travel 70% of the time, depending on market demands.
β’ Strong skills in PC applications (MS Office, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation abilities.
β’ Openness to travel three to four days each week.
β’ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
β’ Capability to lift weights exceeding 10-50 lbs.
β’ Must reside near a Benjamin Moore facility as listed in this posting: Aurora, CO, or Lewisville, TX.
