Bilingual Contractor Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide expert-level training on products and services to professional painting contractors.

• Facilitate contractor training programs with a focus on product application.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from attendees to enhance content and delivery.

• Work in partnership with sales teams to create tailored training programs for key customers.

• Collaborate with Training Implementation Specialists to synchronize business plans and training strategies.

• Create product application training plans alongside field sales representatives and sales management.

• Engage with marketing and R&D teams to align strategies and support marketing initiatives.

• Utilize systems and technology to enhance metrics reporting and internal communications.

• Conduct annual evaluations and quarterly reviews for representatives and customers.

• Team up with sales leadership and field training teams to establish program goals, timelines, and execution plans.

• Revise existing product training programs in collaboration with market TIS and content development teams.

• Secure training spaces for product application and oversee the setup and takedown of materials.

• Ensure safety requirements are met for participants and facilities.

• Carry out other responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• A BA/BS degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Proven experience in facilitating and delivering training programs.

• NACE and MPI certifications are preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of the paint industry.

• Involvement in industry organizations such as MPI, PCA, or similar groups.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.

• Willingness to travel 70% of the time, depending on market demands.

• Strong skills in PC applications (MS Office, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation abilities.

• Openness to travel three to four days each week.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

• Capability to lift weights exceeding 10-50 lbs.

• Must reside near a Benjamin Moore facility as listed in this posting: Aurora, CO, or Lewisville, TX.
