Bilingual Communications Specialist, English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming phone calls from consumers.

• Deliver knowledgeable and courteous responses to inquiries in a professional manner.

• Act as a direct point of contact for individuals seeking assistance.

• Conduct calls with patience, tact, and courtesy to assess needs.

• Offer instructions and/or referrals as necessary.

• Input information into a Windows-based computer database while adhering to instructions and performing a scripted interview.

• Redirect dissatisfied callers to the appropriate channels.

• Uphold exceptional communication, customer service, and professionalism in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by Pearl management to align with business and organizational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Must possess a high-speed internet connection.

• Access to an Ethernet cable is required; Wi-Fi-only connectivity is not permitted.

• A private and secure workspace at home, free from noise and distractions, is essential.

• Background Investigation, Security/EQIP Clearance, Drug Screen, and Skills Assessments may be required.

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods is necessary.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
