Bilingual Collections Specialists, MEX – COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Professionally and efficiently manage both inbound and outbound collections calls.

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts.

• Ensure regular follow-up communication with customers.

• Precisely document all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Maintain full adherence to FDCPA and collections regulations.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance targets.

• Uphold professionalism and composure during difficult conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO collections is mandatory.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations related to collections.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Spanish communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve performance objectives.

• Previous remote/work-from-home experience is advantageous.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Technical requirements must be met as outlined below:

• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems are not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam.

• Headset with microphone.

• Fibre internet connection with wired access.

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
