Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients.

• Precisely document all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA and collections regulations without fail.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance objectives.

• Uphold professionalism and poise during difficult conversations.

• Complete the resume and prescreen questionnaire review, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior BPO collections experience is mandatory.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations is essential.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

• Proficiency in Spanish communication skills is necessary.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets.

• Previous experience working remotely or from home is preferred.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all specified technical requirements.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems are not supported).

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher is required.

• Dual monitor setup is necessary.

• A webcam is required.

• Headset with a microphone is essential.

• Fiber internet connection with a wired setup is mandatory.

• Backup power solution is needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
