Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional and effective manner.

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and updates regarding accounts.

• Adhere to the FDCPA and relevant collections regulations meticulously.

• Achieve and surpass both individual and team performance objectives.

• Uphold professionalism and poise during difficult conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior BPO collections experience is mandatory.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations related to collections.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Spanish communication.

• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections.

• Goal-oriented attitude with the capability to meet performance benchmarks.

• Prior experience in remote or work-from-home settings is advantageous.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all technical specifications listed below.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems are not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Dual monitor setup.

• Webcam.

• Headset with microphone.

• High-speed fibre internet with a wired connection.
