Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional and effective manner

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients

• Ensure accurate recording of all account interactions and updates

• Adhere strictly to FDCPA and collection regulations

• Achieve and surpass both individual and team performance objectives

• Maintain professionalism and composure during difficult conversations

• Complete all phases of the hiring process: review of resumes and prescreen questionnaires, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO collections is mandatory

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations related to collections

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in Spanish communication

• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections

• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to achieve performance targets

• Previous experience with remote or work-from-home roles is preferred

• Must be permanently residing in Mexico or Colombia

• Must meet all listed technical requirements

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported)

• 16 GB RAM

• i5 processor or higher
