Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Negotiate payment plans and address delinquent accounts.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients.

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA guidelines and collections regulations.

• Achieve and surpass both individual and team performance objectives.

• Uphold professionalism and poise during difficult conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO collections is mandatory.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations related to collections.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Spanish communication.

• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections.

• Goal-oriented attitude with the capability to meet performance objectives.

• Previous experience working remotely or from home is preferred.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all technical requirements specified above.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not compatible).

• 16 GB RAM minimum.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Dual monitor setup required.

• Webcam necessary.

• Headset with a microphone needed.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection is essential.

• Backup power solution must be in place.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Must complete every stage of the hiring process.
