Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound collection calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts.

• Ensure ongoing communication with customers through consistent follow-ups.

• Precisely record all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Adhere strictly to FDCPA and collections regulations.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance objectives.

• Maintain professionalism and composure during difficult conversations.

• Complete the process of resume submission, prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO collections is mandatory.

• Strongly preferred to have experience in third-party collections.

• Solid understanding of FDCPA and compliance regulations concerning collections.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Spanish communication skills.

• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections.

• Goal-driven with the capability to meet performance benchmarks.

• Previous experience working remotely or from home is preferred.

• Must reside permanently in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all specified technical requirements listed above.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Dual monitor setup.

• Webcam.

• Headset with microphone.

• Reliable fiber internet with a wired connection.

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.
