Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts.

• Ensure consistent follow-up communication with clients.

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Adhere to FDCPA and collections regulations in all activities.

• Achieve and surpass both individual and team performance objectives.

• Maintain professionalism and poise during difficult conversations.

• Complete every phase of the hiring process, including resume review, prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO collections is essential.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Spanish communication.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.

• Goal-driven with a capacity to achieve performance targets.

• Previous experience in remote or work-from-home settings is preferred.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all technical requirements specified above.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam.

• Headset with microphone.

• Fiber internet with a wired connection.

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
