Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound collections calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts

• Ensure full adherence to FDCPA and collections regulations

• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance targets

• Uphold professionalism and composure during difficult conversations

• Successfully complete all phases of the hiring process: resume and prescreen questionnaire assessment, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO collections is essential

• Experience with third-party collections is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in Spanish communication

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections

• Goal-oriented attitude with the capability to meet performance objectives

• Previous remote or work-from-home experience is preferred

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia

• Must fulfill all technical specifications outlined above

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported)

• 16 GB RAM

• i5 processor or higher
