Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Professionally and efficiently manage inbound and outbound collections calls.

• Negotiate payment plans and address delinquent accounts.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients.

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Ensure complete compliance with FDCPA and collections regulations.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance targets.

• Uphold professionalism and poise during difficult conversations.

• Complete the resume and prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO collections is mandatory.

• Strongly preferred to have third-party collections experience.

• Solid understanding of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Proficient Spanish communication skills.

• Strong abilities in negotiation and handling objections.

• Goal-oriented with the capability to achieve performance objectives.

• Previous experience working remotely or from home is preferred.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all technical requirements listed above.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac computers not supported).

• Minimum 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam.

• Headset with microphone.

• Fiber internet with a wired connection.

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
