Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and address delinquent accounts effectively.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with customers.

• Accurately log all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA and collections regulations at all times.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance objectives.

• Uphold professionalism and composure during difficult conversations.

• Complete all phases of the hiring process, which includes reviewing resumes and prescreen questionnaires, a one-way video interview, a live interview, and a final interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO collections is mandatory.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations is essential.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Spanish communication skills.

• Strong abilities in negotiation and handling objections.

• A goal-oriented approach with the capability to achieve performance targets.

• Previous experience in remote or work-from-home settings is preferred.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all specified technical requirements.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems are not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher.
