Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Professionally and efficiently manage both inbound and outbound collections calls.

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients.

• Precisely record all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA and collections regulations at all times.

• Achieve and surpass both individual and team performance targets.

• Uphold professionalism and composure during difficult conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO collections is essential.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations pertaining to collections.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Spanish communication.

• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections.

• Goal-oriented with the capability to achieve performance objectives.

• Prior experience working remotely or from home is preferred.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all technical requirements specified.

• Windows 11 PC; Mac systems are not supported.

• 16 GB RAM.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Dual monitor setup.

• Webcam.

• Headset with microphone.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection.

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365 proficiency.
