
Bilingual Co-op – Disability Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists, and Associate Managers
• Conduct follow-up phone calls and send written communications to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals, and vendors
• Perform functional telephone interviews with Plan Members
• Ensure claim files are accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with processing invoice payments
• Update banking information for Plan Members
• Provide disability claims management services to clients
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program such as Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Basic understanding of claims processing and health insurance
• Some experience in customer service or administrative roles
