
Bilingual Co-op – Disability Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists, and Associate Managers.
• Conduct follow-up phone calls and/or send written communications to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals, and vendors.
• Reach out to Plan Members by phone to carry out functional telephone interviews.
• Maintain claim files to ensure they are current and accurate.
• Assist with the processing of invoice payments.
• Update banking information for Plan Members.
• Provide support in disability claims management for clients.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program such as Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Basic understanding of claims processing and health insurance.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
