Bilingual Clinical Psychologist, Spanish – Older Adults (PhD, PsyD)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish through telehealth services.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, ensuring alignment with patients’ linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an assigned caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) using AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients from the comfort of your home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• Hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is based.

• Be fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of conducting full therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Be comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• The part-time 1099 contractor position begins at 15 hours per week.

• The W2 employee position starts at 25 hours per week.

• A minimum of 15 weekly sessions is required as specified in the application form.
