Bilingual Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish through telehealth services.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, respecting patients’ language and cultural backgrounds.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the goals and requirements of each patient.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) using AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is offered.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish; capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Part-time roles begin at 15 hours per week for 1099 contractors; W2 roles start at 25 hours per week.
