📋 Description

• Support reimbursement processes for coverage-related inquiries within customer operations and patient assistance workflows.

• Manage benefits-related documentation, case updates, follow-up tasks, and communications regarding reimbursement support.

• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation shortcomings, and workflow anomalies.

• Keep precise records of cases, reimbursement documents, and system updates.

• Track reimbursement trends, recurring challenges, and indicators for escalation.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and facilitate case resolution.

• Participate in enhancing processes, updating workflows, and contributing to operational readiness initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related area is required.

• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
